Why do I love my job?

I believe financial education is critically important to life's journey, impacting our emotional, physical, and psychological well-being.  Having the opportunity to serve our client based on their financial journey is an honor I don't take lightly.  I look forward to serving those who are prepared to rethink their thinking as they all deserve a future that is bigger than their past.  The team here at Ascendant is truly a TEAM, supporting everyone to pursue the best version of themselves, something both special and unique

When I’m not at work, you can find me....

At a hockey rink, ball diamond or soccer pitch watching/coaching my kids.  I also like to swim and relax with friends and family in our backyard pool.   Watching sports, training and hiking are other ways I like to spend my time when my wife and I aren't out walking our dog, Emerald.

How does what I do impact others?

Seeing the impact of how the Infinite banking concept has helped me and members of my family provides a sense of stress-free financial living.  Moreover, every time I hear the tragic news of someone unexpectedly getting medical news, or worse, I think of the peace of mind I have knowing I am helping people avoid the financial pitfalls of life's extreme events.  Helping you and your family reclaim the banking function in your lives and protecting you from the financial fallout of life's unexpected events is how I can make the biggest impact in this world

2 favourite things about your life journey so far?

The smartest decision I ever made was marrying my rock star wife, Jennifer, who gave me two beautiful children.

A distant second was being part of the Windsor Lancers track & field team and the foundation of hard work and team success that set me up to be the person I am today

What type of clients do you enjoy working with?

I consider myself a lifelong learner, someone who likes to dive deep into the details of new endeavors.  The infinite banking concept has been one of these endeavors and I look forward to working with clients who are intrigued by the concept, willing to learn and expand their mindset, and looking to take action to build a bigger future for themselves and their families.   And if we can talk about the Blue Jays, hockey, track and field, or football along the way, even better!
