In leading Client Services, I am everyone's go to person – clients, advisors and vendors all reach out to me on a daily basis. Whatever is going on in my day, I always try to be helpful and kind because how I respond may change someone's day. Everything we do, no matter how small has an impact on someone's life.
Getting to live in Europe as a young adult where I experienced things that I only used to dream about and read about in books as a child.
Finally settling down in a beautiful country like Canada with my wonderful husband. I always say that I am now an expert at packing my entire life in a single suitcase and moving halfway across the world. If you need tips, I'm still your girl, but I am happy to report that I finally found my forever home!
I genuinely enjoy working with all types of clients from all walks of life. Some may be easier to deal with than others, but having worked as a nurse for years, I came to understand that everyone I meet is fighting a battle that I know nothing about. If someone is frustrated or angry, I just try to be kinder and more compassionate.
I love that it's a complete paradigm shift! Once you fully understand how it works, it's mind-blowing!
