What You Will Be Doing?

*We hire Canada wide with home office being in Edmonton. (Note: In person work is required if you are in traveling distance within Edmonton)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Close deals: Be the ultimate closer! Drive our team to consistently exceed people served targets and close deals with precision and speed.

  • Develop and Scale What Works: Identify successful sales strategies and processes, then scale them across the team to maximize results.

  • Build a Driven “People Served First” Organization: Foster a high-energy,
    results-driven sales culture where the primary focus is always on serving the People.

  • Ensure the Team Has the Tools to Succeed: Equip the sales team with the best tools, resources, and training to ensure they can perform at their peak.

  • Operate with Ownership of ALL Activities: Take full ownership of all sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals, and hold yourself and the team accountable for delivering exceptional results.

  • Find and Attract Great People: Recruit top talent and build a powerhouse sales team that is driven, talented, and committed to achieving 10X growth.

  • Develop the Sales Team's Skill: Invest in the continuous development of the sales team's skills through coaching, training, and mentoring, ensuring they are always at the top of their game.

  • Leverage Data to Hit Targets: Use data and analytics to track performance, identify
    opportunities, and make informed decisions to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.

  • Enforce Rewards and Penalties: Implement a system of rewards and penalties to recognize outstanding performance and address underperformance, ensuring accountability and motivation within the team.

  • Maintain the Culture Set by Leadership: Uphold and reinforce the company's culture and values as established by the leadership team, fostering an environment of integrity, collaboration, and high performance.

What You Need to Manage

1. Revenue: Drive and maximize revenue growth by leading the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Culture: Maintain and enhance a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture.
3. Hiring and Recruiting: Attract, recruit, and hire top talent to build a strong, dynamic sales team.
4. Training and Developing the Team: Develop comprehensive training programs to continuously improve the skills and performance of the sales team.
5. Compensation Plans: Design and manage effective compensation plans that
incentivize and reward high performance.
6. Tracking KPI's Daily: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) daily to ensure the team is on track to meet goals.
7. Accountability: Hold the team accountable for their performance and ensure they take ownership of their results.
8. Managing and Achieving 10X Targets: Set ambitious targets and lead the team to achieve 10X growth through strategic planning and execution.
