What You Will Be Doing?

Marketing Specialist Key Function

  •  Strategizing, Planning & Executing Marketing Campaigns:
  • Learn and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Identifying KPIs for Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with mentors to understand and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support in analyzing campaign metrics to gain insights for future strategies.
  • Managing External Resources:
  • Collaborate with external teams and learn to coordinate resources effectively
  • Gain hands-on experience in optimizing collaboration with designers, developers, and editors,
  • Vetting and Improving Social Media Content:
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the quality and impact of social media content.
  • Learn strategies to increase engagement and audience interaction on social platforms.
  • Curation of Content Calendar:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives 
  • Learn the fundamentals of curating content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Project Management for Marketing: Gain exposure to project management by supporting the oversight of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to common goals.


Live Event Preparation and Marketing:

  • Assist in the promotion of live events, and learning effective marketing strategies. 
  • Contribute to activities that aim to maximize event attendance.
  • Post-Webinar Event Content Distribution:
  • Learn the basics of post-event content distribution strategies.
  • Gain insights into analyzing post-event data for future marketing endeavors.



Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset but work experience will be considered as well. 
  • Experience in starting a digital marketing agency or playing a pivotal role in a startup marketing company.
  • Strong knowledge in all social media platforms 
  • In-depth understanding of landing pages and their role in campaign success.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong enthusiasm for learning and growing in the field of marketing.
  • Demonstrated self-driven and proactive attitude.
  • Analytical and make decisions based on data
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic marketing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced entry-level role.
